Calendar Instructions

Summary

Follow the navigation links for the calendars at the top of the page.
You can "Submit events" and "Subscribe" to a calendar.
Below we have event calendars and meeting calendars.

Example Tag=”spotlight” is added to have it show up in our spotlight calendar

To create a separate calendar for your organization submit events per the instructions on "Submit tab"
Your summary containing at the end "-<organization id>". Then send us a note.

Alternatively, you can send us an "ics file" and we can add the source and calendar for you.

For Spotlight Calendar

All user submitted events automatically appear in Spotlight & All Events calendars

For “All Meetings Calendar”

• To add your meeting please tag event with “Meetings”

• Alternatively you can send an ics file and we can do for you.

Submit Instructions

Click submit button and on the end of your summary you can add "Meeting-<src>" such as Meeting-nhp.
This will allow us to show your meeting in our "all-meeting" calendar and add a calendar for your specific event.

You can also use the “spotlight” tag for the spotlight calendar or the “MEETING” all meetings calendar
