Victoria Schneps is the founder and president of Schneps Media, a prominent local media company in New York. Her journey into the media industry began in 1985 when she launched The Queens Courier. Under her leadership, Schneps Media has expanded to include 70 community newspapers and magazines, serving New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.

Janet Nina Esagoff is the founding member and managing attorney of Esagoff Law Group, P.C., located in Great Neck, New York. Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Esagoff is active in the community. She founded "Destination: Great Neck," a grassroots community organization serving the Great Neck peninsula.
