LYFE Boxing located at 493 Middle Neck Road is teaming up with the JYS to offer a special program to build your Boxing skills while providing a great workout. LYFE has men’s, women’s, & children’s classes available so signup or stop by.
The program starts soon & runs on Sundays for 6 weeks.
Details:
Footwork drills, combinations, stretching, medicine ball & kettlebells, jump ropes in addition to partner drills with world class instructors.
Among the instructors are
Former world champion Maurepaz Auguste, also known as "The Mambo Kid," who won the WKO World Middleweight Full-Contact Kickboxing Title in 2001 at an event held at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Current pro-fighter Rebecca Starr Bryggman. Expert in MMA & Boxing.

Owner Vlad Davydov with 21 years of experience in martial arts and boxing. He owns both boxing and martial arts studios in the greater NY area.
